Build With Eman provides website design, development, and related digital services. Previews generated through our platform are for demonstration purposes and represent an approximation of the final deliverable.
Payment & Delivery
Payment terms are outlined in your project agreement. Standard projects are delivered within 48 hours of full payment. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final website deliverables. Build With Eman retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
Build With Eman is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website previews.
